Cancellation Policy

Yoga Wellness Malta – Booking & Package Policy ⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING By booking a class or purchasing a package with Yoga Wellness Malta, you agree to the following terms. 1. Packages & Validity Packages are personal and non‑transferable. 5‑Class Pack: valid for 1 month 10‑Class Pack: valid for 2 months All sessions must be used within the validity period. Unused classes expire automatically. 2. Drop‑In Classes Drop‑ins are for occasional participation. Drop‑in bookings are personal and non‑transferable. 3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling (12‑Hour Rule) Package holders, you must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Latest Bookings or rescheduling to attend the class after cancelation may still be made up to 1 hour before class if there are still spots available for the class. Drop‑ins booked and cancelled 12+ hours before the class receive a credit for future use to any available classes. Cancellations under 12 hours or no‑shows: class is counted as used, with no credit or refund. 4. Equipment Please bring your own yoga mat for hygiene and safety. Limited spare mats may be available, but not guaranteed for outdoor classes. 5. Weather‑Related Cancellations All classes are held outdoors and depend on weather conditions. If a class is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a credit to rebook within your package validity period. Packages cannot be extended beyond their expiry date, even if weather affects the final week. Clients are encouraged to plan and book ahead to ensure full use of their package. Expiry dates are enforced to maintain fair availability for all clients. 6. Acceptance of Terms By booking a class or purchasing a package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
