The Founder

Guided by Nature -Rooted in Wellness

''Nature never waits for perfect conditions.

Neither do we.

Nature doesn't promise perfect conditions, it offers lessons.''

At Yoga Wellness Malta, nature is our studio, our guide and the rhythm we practice with. We meet each season as it comes, learning to stay present, adaptable and committed to our practice rather than waiting for everything to be perfect.

We practice outdoors with the elements not simply to enjoy the beauty around us, but to learn from what is happening in the moment. Changing conditions invite us to pause, breathe, adapt and choose how we respond. These are the same qualities we can carry from the mat into everyday life.

Yoga becomes more than movement. It becomes a way of meeting life’s changing circumstances with greater awareness, resilience and trust in ourselves.

Alongside yoga, I offer holistic therapeutic bodywork to support relaxation, restoration and deeper wellbeing. Together, these practices create space to move, breathe, restore and reconnect on the mat and beyond it.

Join when you are ready to practice with nature’s five elements. Stay when you begin to feel the shift within yourself.

Why practice outdoors?

The 5 Elements
Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space  are at the heart of Ayurveda and are reflected in the three doshas within us. Connecting with these elements through outdoor practice invites us to explore balance, awareness and wellbeing in both body and mind.

Nervous System Regulation - Water

The sound of sea tides and the open horizon calm the body’s flow, guiding you from “fight or flight” into balance.

Fresh Air & Clarity - Air

Mediterranean air nourishes the breath and clears the mind, helping you reconnect with focus and presence.

Grounding & Flow - Earth

Movement on natural ground restores rhythm and stability. The earth reminds you to root deeply and slow down.

Inner Strength - Fire

Practicing under the sun awakens vitality and courage. Fire inspires transformation and builds resilience.

Presence & Space - Ether

The vastness of the sky invites stillness and awareness, reminding us that balance begins within.

Who is this Practice for?

For anyone who dreams of practicing yoga at sunrise or sunset, aligned with the Ayurvedic clock, in front of the ocean’s magical scenery, one of the most special places in Malta, overlooking the breathtaking Blue Grotto.

This nature‑led wellness practice is for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and nature's  elements  whether you join regularly or simply for meaningful moments throughout the year.

It’s for you if you:

  • Want a yoga experience that feels authentic, mindful, and connected to nature.
  • Prefer peaceful, intimate classes with open space, gentle guidance, and a welcoming atmosphere for every body, every pace, and every stage of life.
  • Enjoy practicing among people who share a similar rhythm - whether you’re looking for a gentle, slow practice or a more active, dynamic flow.
  • Appreciate smaller groups with personal attention, supportive adjustments, and the comfort of yoga props and equipment, even outdoors.
  • Wish to stay active in a pleasant, sustainable way that feels good for your body and brings joy back into movement.
  • Seek natural support for better sleep, calmer breathing, reduced stress, eased tension, improved digestion, and overall wellbeing.
  • See yoga as a journey rather than a workout, exploring breath, awareness, and inner balance.
  • Feel drawn to the sea, the seasons, and the grounding energy of practicing outdoors.
  • Value holistic self‑care and may wish to complement your practice with occasional full‑body therapeutic treatments.

If this resonates, you’re warmly welcome to join - in any season, at your own pace, and exactly as you are.
